We listed our house for sale last week, and our first showing came last Saturday morning. Today marks the seventh showing in five days. Which is a good thing from where I sit.

LOL! I wish I was rich enough to donate it as a preacher’s house!!!

Hey, I don’t know how money you will have left over after selling your house but I am sure you will need all of that and then some to use as a down payment for a house in southern Cal.
