So six months ago we move our 11-year-old daughter clear across the North American continent, uprooting her from all the people and places she has ever known. And today, exactly six months after we pulled out of Mississippi, she has a whole passel of new friends, a role in her first ever musical, and just yesterday a first semester report card full of A’s (with a couple of A+’s thrown in for good measure).
You could look up the word “understatement” in the dictionary and you’ll find a picture of me saying, “I’m proud of Hillary.”
Al,
Please tell Hillary great job and that we’re proud of her too! We love and miss you guys!
Todd
I gave her your message, Todd, and it made both of us smile. Thank you for being such a great friend. We love and miss you, too.
Yay! Me too! Of course I expected nothing less from that brilliant young lady. Love to all of you!
