Gametime

The last several weeks have felt tough. Tiring. Blah’s. Just slogging through the semester.

But everything ramps up today. Late this morning we have a mid-term in Civil Procedure (our last mid-term as 1L’s!), and late this afternoon we get our massive Appellate Brief assignment in LRW. We have 11 days to complete this huge assignment with an assigned partner, and it counts as 60% of our LRW grade this semester.

Funny, but sometimes things getting tougher feels good to me – kind of a rush I guess. Maybe it’s the old sports competitor in me, thinking it is finally gametime after all those long, hard practices.
