Here we are in Oxnard yesterday – five law students from our Wednesday morning men’s group. They made us sign waiver forms when we arrived, but John immediately recognized them as adhesion contracts. A legal education comes in handy now and then.

It was a fun day, and I’m glad we went. My Habitat skills are not in the world of construction, but I had a good time even though I wasn’t a ton of help.

Here are a few pics:

A pretty good pic of what we did all day – me operating the glue gun, and the other guys operating the real power tools

As a wierd person, I wonder about the significance of “hat-in-hand” versus “hat-on-head”.

#1: As the resident liberal, I had to be a rebel.

#2: I have a HUGE head, and it didn’t fit very well.
