Surrounded

I was born to an amazing mother. I have two siblings, both sisters, whom I watched become amazing mothers. I married an amazing mother, and I later watched her give birth again and got to see her amazing motherly instincts from the start. I have two children, both daughters, and if I’m blessed with enough years, I expect to round out my charmed life by seeing both become amazing mothers. (After all, the oldest is graduating with a child development degree, and the youngest is already babysitting at age eleven!)

I am surely not an expert on motherhood, but I’ve sure had a front row ticket to watch the very best.
