First semester, I remember our SBA prez (Jerren) telling me that during finals I would think, “Man, I didn’t know my brain was that BIG!” If you knew Jerren, you’d know that wasn’t an immodest statement.
Well, maybe I messed something up first semester because I didn’t really feel that way, but this semester I totally see what he was saying. I thought the amount I would have to memorize for these five finals was insanely too much, but I gave it a shot anyway. And, I have memorized more stuff than I thought I could ever do.
Remember that idea that during a bad car wreck people find out they can lift more weight than they ever thought they could? I think that’s the concept at work here.
But I’ll tell you, I’m ready to return to that blissfully wonderful world called Ignorance.
