Last year I looked forward to “law school.” You know, the experience. This year, I’m actually looking forward to “classes.” Big difference.
I have completed my readings for Criminal Procedure, Products Liability, and Constitutional Law – and although the latter two were too long for my tastes, I thoroughly enjoyed the subject matter of all three. I have to read (a LOT) for Evidence tomorrow, and I haven’t received my Negotiation Theory assignment yet, but I have every reason to believe that I will enjoy the subject matter in those classes as well.
I don’t know that I’ve had a semester in my life where I enjoyed the subject matter of every class. I know I didn’t have one last year. So, I’m really getting excited about the year ahead.
