The volleyball game was a lot of fun last night, what with our young team taking down the top-ranked team in the nation. We took the first set, but USC took sets two and three and was up in set four on what seemed to be their way to an easy victory.
But that volleyball sure is a momentum sport.
We turned it around and pulled out the fourth, and with momentum on our side, fairly dominated the fifth and deciding set. (Article HERE)
Firestone Fieldhouse was hopping, and it was great fun to be there. And I’m hoping that such a fun win will inspire many more to come this season.
