Ought to Be an Interesting Summer

My new friend (and future summer co-worker) Stephanie told me that our summer boss was on Fox Business News a couple of nights ago talking about the impending Toyota litigation. She heard there’s a chance we might be working on some of the Toyota mess, which would be quite the experience.

I found the clip on the firm’s website, and as expected, I was overly impressed with Mark Lanier’s communicative skills. I love how he used self-deprecating humor (my humor of choice!) to gain a hearing for the plaintiff’s bar among the haters. He’s a veritable master of the fine art of communication.
